It certainly seems like the biopic fever has caught on in Bollywood, with films being made on the lives of pugilist Mary Kom, hockey player Dhyan Chand, vocalist MS Subbulakshmi, mathematician Ramanujan and actor-singer Kishore Kumar. Now we hear that yet another to be added to this list is Soumik Sen's next which is apparently a biopic on magician PC Sorcar.
Apparently, Soumik who is currently busy with his forthcoming film Gulaab Gang has acquired the necessary rights for the film from the magician's family. Confirming the development, Sen says that while he acquired the rights a while back, thanks to his busy schedule he never really got down to making the film.
Further, Sen adds that he has written the script for the film and will work on it next. However he says that it is yet too early to speculate on the lead actor for the film, but rest assured that the film will feature a known face.
