A Sequel to Akshay Kumar’s blockbuster film ‘Khiladi’ is on cards and if sources are to be believed then Vidyut Jamwal will be stepping into Akki’s shoes for the remake.

A source close to the development revealed, “Viduyut is being considered for this role. He is trained in martial arts and is also known for his action in Bollywood. However, nothing has been finalized on papers yet but if things go well then Viduyut will step into Akshay’s shoes in the sequel of Khiladi.”

Directed by Abbas Mustan ‘Khiladi’ which was released in 1992 featured Akshay Kumar, Ayesha Jhulka, Deepak Tijori, Sabeeha, Prem Chopra, Anant Mahadevan among others. The film turned out to be a successful venture.

However, for reasons best known to the team, Akshay Kumar won’t be a part of this sequel but he may be associated with the film in some or the other way.

Vidyut Jamwal who is also doing well down South was last seen in Bullett Raja in Bollywood.
