Ayushamann Khurrana who made his debut in the hit film Vicky Donor followed up the film with Nautanki Saala. While his second venture performed less than expectedly, the actor remained unfazed. This year, Khurrana has three films on the anvil, Bewakoofian, Bombay Fairytale and Hamara Bajaj. However, his film Bombay Fairytale seems to have hit a hurdle.
Apparently, the film which was earlier being produced by Reliance Entertainment and Guneet Monga has suffered a minor setback with Monga opting out of the film. The big budget film, which traces the story of the first Indian to make an aeroplane, will now be produced by Vishal Gurnani's company Trilogic Digital Media Limited. It is being said that Gurnani, who was on board right from day one, will now play a larger role in the film's production.
While the first schedule of the film has already been shot in Mumbai, the second one is currently being shot in Gondal, Rajkot in Gujarat. Sources say that the film faced financial troubles after the first schedule when some of Guneet's cheques bounced. This is said to have prompted Reliance Entertainment to hand over the reins to Vishal Gurnani.
