Holiday continued to have a good business on its second Friday. As per early estimates, the film managed to rake in the range of 5 crores on its day eight. With this, the film now stands with a total collection of 73 crores at the domestic box office.

Holiday has now beaten the record of 2 States’ Highest 2nd Friday which stood at 3.50 crores. While 2 States had beaten Salman Khan’s Jai Ho‘s 2nd Friday collections that stood at 3.30 crores, Holiday has surpassed both these and raked in a mammoth of 5 crores on its eighth day.

Holiday starring Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha in lead roles is the fourth highest grosser of 2014. The film has been performing excellent at the box office ever since its first day. The action drama has performed extremely well in the week days and thus with its second weekend, the film is expected to soar even more.
