Just yesterday we were the first to report that Katrina Kaif, who had earlier shared screen space with Aamir khan on the film Dhoom 3 had been roped in to star in the film Thugs of Hindostan. Though at that time an official announcement on Katrina Kaif joining both Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan in the film was awaited, the film itself is one of biggest projects to roll out under the Yash Raj Films banner in the recent past.

Now, confirming Katrina Kaif’s addition to the cast of Thugs of Hindostan Yash Raj Films sent out an official announcement saying that they finally have their final ‘thug’ on board with Katrina Kaif. A much awaited film, Kaif’s addition to this film’s star cast only adds to the massive anticipation that it has already built.

Directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, Thugs of Hindostan that now stars Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan and Fatima Sana Shaikh in addition to Katrina is slated to go on floors on June 1, and is expected to release in Diwali 2018.
