Mr. X starring Emraan Hashmi in the lead had a poor first week at the box office. The film dipped highly in the week days and now stands with a collection of around 20.50 crores (estimates) at the domestic box office. Mixed reviews did not help this film in anyway and it has performed way below the expectations of a Emraan Hashmi film.

Surprisingly, in spite of receiving better reviews than Emraan’s previous film, Raja Natwarlal, the collections are much lower. Raja Natwarlal had made a collection of 26 crores in its first week. Sadly, after Ghanchhakkar, Ungli, Raja Natwarlal and now Mr. X all performing lower than expected, Emraan really needs to review his choices.
