Piku has surprised everyone with its amazing performance at the box office. The film starring Deepika Padukone continued to put up great numbers on its third weekend. Piku collected 1.35 crores on Friday, 2.40 crores on Saturday and 2.75 crores on Sunday, thus taking its total to 71.72 crores at the domestic box office.

The film has proved that pure content always works as it enjoyed a good positive word of mouth thanks to it. In spite of having Tanu Weds Manu Returns as a tough competition, the film maintained its stride. The film has now crossed the 70 crore mark which is commendable.
