We hear, the film is based on the life of two lookalikes. One character will be superstar Shah Rukh Khan himself and the other character will be his fan. Considering that the two are similar looking, the story will have numerous instances where the two are misunderstood as each other resulting in comical situations. The makers have been experimenting on SRK’s looks for this film. Interestingly, the film’s first scene will be showcasing Shah Rukh’s extravagant birthday. The first scene will show both the characters coming face to face. Also since Shah Rukh plays himself, a replica of Mannat was created for a scene in the film.

The makers are yet to announce the leading ladies in the film but SRK recently said at an event, “There are two girls in the film. It is a film where I don’t think you need a big lady star.”

Directed by Maneesh Sharma, the film is slated to release on August 14, 2015.
