Shamitabh pulled off an average sixth day at the Domestic Box Office. The film collected 1.30 crores on its first Wednesday. It now stands with a total collection of 17.55 crores at the domestic box office.

The film has been quite dull and did not show much growth in the first week. A collection of 20 crores in the first week is quite a poor performance for a film starring actors of such stature. The film was made on a budget of approximately 35-40 crores and looking at the film’s performance, it seems Shamitabh will not be recovering its investments.
