Shruti Haasan has been busy shooting for Welcome Back, but recently her busy schedule received a setback after the actress was admitted to a hospital.
Shruti was constantly complaining about stomach issues and after an unbearable stomach pain stalled her shoot this week, she was rushed to the hospital. Later, the actress underwent an appendicitis surgery and is currently under medication. While her fans and colleagues constantly tweeted their well wishes to the actress for a speedy recovery, Shruti too took to twitter to express her gratitude as she wrote, "Hello tweeps thankyou for all your love and get well soon wishes!appendix out and raring to go :) albeit a bit slowly :)"
Shruti has been advised to resume the shoot only after a week of complete rest.
