His mom and dad, Umesh (Chandrasekhar), meet with his friend, Mehra (Ramesh Deo), and his daughter, Kala (Anuradha Patel). They approve of Kala. Unknown to them, Sunil has met with an attractive young woman named Beena (Kim), and is in love with her. When told that he is to marry Kala at any cost, Sunil, at first refuses, but then gives in, and marries her.
