Description: Dr.Darmesh (Rajendra Kumar) works in a cancer hospital. One day a patient Ramkumar (Rajkumar) comes to the hospital. He has cancer. His wife Sita used to love Darmesh in their younger days but since Darmesh had to go abroad for higher studies, Sita had to marry Ram. Darmesh decides to operate on Ram after 15 days. A small child dies in a similar operation. This creates suspicions about the doctor and Sita declines from staying in the same hospital. Darmesh convinces her. In the meanwhile Ram comes to know about Sita's past. In the surgery which follows Darmesh saves Ram's life, but he dies soon after the operation.
