A Kannada family who are the caretakers of the house, a Malayalee Muslim family and a Punjabi family start staying in the house together. After a few initial hiccups the four families start staying happily together in Bharatha Vilas. When the Englishman decides to sell the house, the four families buy the house and stay happily till their sons and daughters grow up.
