Mannu and Radha are followed by Natwarlal (Prem Chopra) who shows them that he wants to help him.Natwarlal is actually Arjun Singh's arch rival, and he wants to cause him harm. He advises Mannu to kidnap Ashutosh and claim a good ransom so that he can become rich. Mannu & Radha go to kidnap Ashutosh. Ashutosh finds them amusing as they are very young and inexperienced, and becomes friends with them. He wants to help them because he wants their love story to succeed as his own was a failure. Mannu and Radha hear his story and learn that Shivangi has now become a police officer and leads a loner's life. She now hates Ashutosh.
