Sinha represents and conducts to be for and of the people but in fact is a bloodsucker for which Suraj removes the curtain of the shady activities of the Neta and thus Neta finds Suraj a big stumbling block in the way of his (Neta) reputation as Confessions may be good for soul but bad for reputation. Thus Neta instigates Singha (a notorious terrorist) and gets Suraj and his wife killed by luring the Police Inspector Waghmare to make it a case of suicide. Puja — sister of Suraj enters in the said stream of calamities and determined to avenge by exposing illegal acts of Neta, Singha and the Inspector, she starts working as a press reporter in the place of her brother Suraj. In the mean time Neta wants to help builder Bhandari who purchases entire land of Gandhi Nagar Basti and wants to raise buildings thereon. Neta for consideration of huge amount of money promises Bhandari to get the land of Gandhi Nagar vacated for which he uses Singha and Waghmare. Singha creates chaos with all terrorism and tortures the people of the Basti who start running helter-skelter and some die too. Puja succeeds in catching all the conspiracy but before her voice can reach the public she is raped and burnt to death by all the three. Ultimately four boys Shiva, Raja, Mehboob and Neeraj are determined to make men and mountain meet in order to finish the corruption and corrupt people. The hands that help are holier than the lips that pray. Thus they Plunge with the spirit of do and die target. The four gladly accept death sentence by kissing gallows after evaporating all the three notorious who travelled so many miles at the cost of the innocent people but could not get ahead of themselves.
