Sujata was Samoresh’s ex-fiance however did not know that she had later married Sagar. Sagar agrees to live apart from Sujata if she pays him money. Driven with the desire of getting rid of Sagar, Sujata arrives at Samaresh’s doorstep asking him to pay her money otherwise she would divulge the information about his past relation to Madhuri. Samaresh does not have money to give Sujata. Sagar takes the advantage of the situation and instigates Samaresh to murder Sujata. Samaresh commits the crime and hides all possible proofs of the murder. He even bribes his neighbour to keep mum whom he suspects to have witnessed him doing the act. The police finds the trail as Sagar had already tipped them off. Samaresh is arrested. When Madhuri learns about the crime, she suspects something. Finally Sujata arrives at the scene, all healthy and it is revealed that Samaresh had never murdered her. It was only a thought which he had made himself believe in. Samaresh is released.
