Shatruvu Plot: How an ex advocate Ashok takes revenge on a corrupt contractor Venkataratnam and his henchman DIG Prakash Rao for killing of Durga Prasad and his wife Lakshmi whom he treats as his parents. Coming to awards- Shatruvu had received the Filmfare Award for Best Film - Telugu, and Filmfare Award for Best Director – Telugu for the year 1990.
