In a single threshold it's not just a Lorry Story, but it has some extra highlights about a typical woman's life. Some rich fellows always think poor woman as toys.They always use them for their pleasure and leaves as tea drops. In this movie the story line is bounded through Lorry drivers and such so called rich raptures. Jayaram is the rich personal here who is font off with woman. He has owned many trucks and Lorries. Rajappan is his left hand. He had burned the lives of many innocent girls. Rajappan tactically locks the girls and takes them to Jayaram's bungalow. Thankamma is another victim of Jayaram's this strange hobby. Once her step mother brutal tortured her mentally and physically, then Rajappan came with a job offer, even if she is from a rich family she decide to go in search of a good job. But he took her to Jayaram's mansion. She lost everything precious. Gopalan is another contractor of Lorries but he was a good guy, and a tight opponent of Jayaram, Balan is a Lory driver and he is our hero too. Movie starts as a flash back, Rajan who's the son of Balan felt ashamed of himself when heard about her parent's past. His mother Meenakshistarted to unfold the past. Balan was a Lorry driver (like said) now he is a Lord. How he became so?. She started the story. Balan was the Driver in Jayaram's crew at first. Thanakamma very much liked her, but Balan hated her. Rajappan and Balan were tight enemies too. On some occasions they fought each other. Balan loved a Dumb girl. She sells Flower garlands. Rajappan cleverly injected the poison of complex in to Jayram's mind. He sent some gundas and they malfunctioned the Lorry, fortunately Balan survived form accident. But on the other hand Rajappan tactically taken Rani, the dump girl to Jayaram's mansion. She got brutally molested and killed. The stoy changes from here. Balan feels so dissapointed. He goes to see Jayaram, he said he dismissed him from Job. And he said he is not ready to give his salary too. Balan goes to se GOpanalan, he sends him to another person. Balan gets shocked when he see Thankamma as a rich woman. Her step mother and father are passed away and she became the owner of crores of wealth. She again begged for his love, Balan couldn't resist longer.They got married, and with Rajas' birth she dies. Meenakshi, her step sister decided to take care of the child. Thus She started living with Balan. Balan became very rich, one night Jayaram and Gopalan got into a clash and jayram stabbed him, Balan arrived on the scene. And he handed over Jayaram to Police men. Knowing this Rajan apologized for his foolishness.
