Plot: Shaym is (NTR) a small time painter. Saroja (Shavukar Janaki) is a daughter of Hemachalapathi Bhadur (Rajanala) a millionaire daughter. She likes Shyam's paintings and falls in love with him. Ramarao (peketi Sivarao) is Shyam's roommate and love Rekha a middle class girl who runs the family with singing in Radio. As Shyam is very poor Saroja's father refuse for their marriage. But as Saroja is adamant he agrees with a condition that Shyam has to spend one lakh rupees in one month without donating it to charities. Shyam agrees to it. But as he keeps spending on the things like horse races etc.. He starts getting more money from his ventures. Also he starts to get the new problems because of the money. Meanwhile Rekha and Ramarao have differences as Ramarao is busy with the money matters of Shyam and neglects her.
